Berlin is a fantastic city with a tragic past. From the boundaries of the Berlin wall to the city being completely vaporized by English bombs in World War II, sadly much of the history of the city was destroyed.

The amazing layout of the building and its dedication to the Holocaust is worth seeing alone.
The City does not really come to life until the evening. The Wintergarten Varieté near Friedrichstraße station offers a circus like show with jugglers, clowns, Magicians and acrobats. You will be seated at tables and waiters will take your orders for meals that will be served during the breaks.
If the Circus shows of Wintergarten does not suit then try Milchbar. A bar dedicated to Punk, Rock and Thrash music that is more likely to be filled with Students and music lovers. Mayor sporting events are also screened on their TV’s which completely changes the crowd to a more energic one.
